What Is IBBU?
IBBU is a Federal government-owned and -controlled institution of higher learning located in Lapai, Niger State.
The University was founded in 1991 as the Ibrahim Babangida College of Agriculture, Lapai. The College was later upgraded to a full-fledged University in 2001 by the Federal Government of Nigeria and renamed Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University.
IBBU is one of the few universities in Nigeria with an intentional focus on Agricultural Studies. The University offers programs in Agriculture and allied disciplines, Education, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Law, Management Sciences, Medical Sciences and Social Sciences.

You can check the admission list on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) website. Just go to the JAMB website and click on the “Check Admission Status” link.
